Fantastic!  However, there's a little bug.  Let me explain:
I'm using dual-display.  When the client is set to fullscreen in screen 2, the 
fullscreen toolbar is displayed on screen 1.

        This is independent of the position of screen 2 with respect to screen 1.  
That is, either
[2] [1] or [1] [2] the toolbar is always displayed on screen 1.

        I pointed this out because there's another common bug related to multi-display 
and a lot of applications like InstallShield Pro 7 and Mozilla still have this bug.  
Actually, when the screens are disposed like this

[2] [1]

or this

[2]
[1]

though the later case is quite weird and unusual :-D  some widgets (like context menu) 
from screen 2 are displayed on screen 1.  I thought vncviewer's bug is this but I 
wanted to make sure before reporting a bug, so I moved screen 2 to the right (not 
physically, just logically) but the bug is still there.  FYI, according to 
discussions, it is a matter of miscalculated screen coordinates.
