I am trying to create a web page that has links to various VNC servers. I am using realVNC as the VNCserver program. On the web page I need to show if the server is in use or not, does anyone know of a way to do this? Currently I am logging to a text file (log.txt) the ip of the person who opens the java viewer. I am now looking for a way to show when a user has disconnected. My thought is to edit the HTML file that opens when you call the viewer so that when you close down the browser then you edit log.txt. Unfortunately I don't know where I can edit the HTML file that opens. If anyone could tell me... or suggest a more efficient idea then I would appreciate it
