The strange thing is: I tested to connect via putty with telnet as protocol to Port 80 
of google.com (so I could write GET / and get the HTML) and even then it is forbidden. 
In fact, it's just the same that happens when a browser accesses to google.com. 
Connecting to a web server in the LAN (without the proxy then) with the same method 
worked.
