eSVNC and UltraVNC both have file transfer support if the OS is Windows based.

Windows file sharing is good if you are on a local LAN, but it's not advised if you 
going over the Internet.

If it's between M$Windows machines, best use file-sharing.

Keep in mind: the file-sharing option in M$Windows has no remote-desktop
features, just as vnc has no remote-file features.
