I am in no way affiliated to *vnc, but I would simply say "no". Think about it: there is no advantage in having the ssh encryption inside vnc. You can reach the same goal with vnc AND ssh, and there is no lack of (free, open source) ssh clients/servers for any given platform. AND you get remote command-line, file transfer and port forward capabilities, even for windows. Also, I would strongly prefer a "classic" ssh (like ssh.com or openssh.com) over some one-month old piece of software.
