I'm just upgrading some network things and I'm having some difficulties
getting RealVNC 3.3.6 to cooperate. Can anyone help, please?

1) I run vnc as a service on win2k and winXP and I want it to keep a
log for all connections (whether anyone is logged in or not). I've seen
the docs about DebugLevel and DebugMode, but for some reason they
aren't working for me. Can someone please provide some step-by-step
instructions for where these go in the registry (given that I want it
to log all the time), and exactly what kinds of keys and entries for
values?

2) I want the vnc web server to listen on port 443 (I use a cable
connection to a router and I've forwarded port 443 to the desired IP).
Again, I want this for all users all the time. What registry keys and
values do I need, and perhaps the most important question for me, if I
surf in on port 443, does it still use another port for another
connection? If so, what port is that, 543?

Lastly, would TightVNC make any of this easier?

Thanks and Happy New Year!

Joseph
