The newest version of VNCScan has something like Will's solution.  If you right-click 
on a computer, you can choose a share from the submenu.  This is only helpful if the 
computer at the other end is Windows based.  The next version should offer FTP, too.  
What kinds of other things would you want to do from a helpdesk or network admin point 
of view that you would to see integrated into a VNC console?

I have a similiar requirement, however I just establish a share on the
server (in this case a Win2k Box) and manually move them to it.
