0-99 are treated as display numbers (added to 5500) 100 or over are treated as absolute port numbers
There are tricks you can play with integer wrap-around (reported previously in the list) if you want a port numbered 0-99 Overloading like this is confusing and ought to be tidied up in the future. (There is a lot of history to display numbers...)
