AFAIK, you must put:
-:+192.168.10.10:+192.168.10.11:<snip>:+192.168.10.80:

Of course, <snip> MUST be replaced by the 68 IP adresses and the ":"...

Yes, AuthHosts MUST be there.

Under Default, you can also add: QuerySetting = DWORD = 2
( this way, - means Reject, + means Accept and ? means Ask ).
It's the default behaviour but...
