-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hello vnc-list,
Until this week, I had been using the latest vnc from the AT&T site. This week, I installed TightVNC (1.2.4) everywhere. Seems faster, but I'm noticing a problem. When I am connected to a desktop on a Red Hat 7.2 Linux box where I am running the Gnome window manager, I *used* to be able to hit Alt-F1 to go to the first virtual desktop, Alt-F2 to go to the second, etc. Now, when I enter those keypresses, all I get is a "ding" sound. Could someone point me at the config option I need to change to get these keystrokes working again? Ron. P.S. No, I have not tried it under 1.2.5. Building from source on that 7.2 system, the resulting vncserver does not successfully start a server. Looks like it is losing track of its arguments and then trying to start executables with the wrong args. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: PGP Personal Privacy 6.5.8 Comment: The last PGP with full source disclosure. iQA/AwUBPVs1zG8pw+2/9pUJEQLE2wCg4/hKCP4LAc/l0kwoi1XU9lDCqn0AoM8j zEHZy7l1zn8r9c0BIPruzP5J =9kx5 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ VNC-List mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.realvnc.com/mailman/listinfo/vnc-list
