( original was pretty clear, no need to copy it ) I have noticed the same problem but only with SE.. Id say its might be bug. But i cant prove it either way, so ive never submitted it.
I never did get a work around.. sometimes nothing seemed to work to get it to show. Though actually at work i preferred it that way, less confusion for my users. ' what's this icon, bla bla'. And no, i dont want to get into the 'legality discussion' of long ago, my users signed the agreement, and were told upfront that monitoring occurred on a regular / random basis.
