1- No - and HTTP doesn't control the connection anyway, it just serves an
applet.  It can't be done in the server anyway - this is one weak area of
WinVNC.

2 - In general, you want to use the UI to do this.  The port used is 5900 + the
display number.

If you directly edit the registry, the default location is under:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORL\WinVNC3\Default

You want to change the value of AutoPortSelect to 0, and change the value of
PortNumber to the display number to use.

The WinVNC HTTP server will always be 100 ports below the port that the VNC
connection occurs on.
