I’m trying to verify a file from virt-manager.org/download There are no sha hashes, only gpg signatures.
Attempting to import the public key as shown under “Verifying gpg Signatures”using cygwin yields Could not resolve host: keys.gnupg.net Googling suggests this server is defunct.
