one. Everyone has to be running iOS eight. Two. You have to be logged into both the app store and iCloud. Three. Under iCloud settings in the settings menu select family sharing and someone has to be the organizer which means their credit card will be used for all purchases. four. Once the organizer is set up, that person then invites others to family sharing. hopefully that's enough to get you started.
