Radium works in the UK too, and in ireland. (It's a bit like tuneIn
Radio.)

I don't know about XM since we in the U.K. do not have such a service.
But TuneIn Radio, Voice Dream Reader at least works just fine under
8.1.1. Bear in mind these apps are only on my iPad Mini 2 running the
same iOS so your mileage may vary on a 4s.
