I had an equally bizzarre one earlier, on a 4S, didn't try it with the other yet.
In messages, sending a message, it failed. I got a send failure button, and a line saying not delivered. So far, so good; but if I was flicking right to go down these prompts, I couldn't get to or past the not delivered message. I could get to it from the bottom flicking left and working up the list, but once I try flicking to go down, it stalled on this same line every time. This seems completely senseless, but could get annoying and maybe serious as a navigation isssue.
