Have you rebooted your phone? I read about the update this morning, I checked on my phone and it was right there asking me to download and install. Since I never install any updates before doing a few precautionary steps, by the time I had done them (less than 10 minutes later and after a Reset All Network Settings) it no longer showed me that there was an update, it just says I have the most current version.
