I would restart the router and also restart your iPhone. I guess you could just 
try to restart your iPhone, that is always the first thing one should do when 
something doesn’t work as expected.

 

Also, for when the update is back, I think everybody should remember that one 
should at least close all open apps and at least do a reboot of the phone 
before doing the upgrade. One often hears about updates not going well or all 
sorts of issues cropping up after an update. I have never had a serious issue 
with or after an update and while in many cases doing what I do may not be 
strictly necessary, it also doesn’t hurt and it may prevent problems.

 

1.       Close all apps in the app switcher and make sure all app updates are 
done.

2.       Connect to iTunes and transfer purchases, then sync, then backup (I 
prefer an encrypted backup)

3.       At least reboot your iOS device, I prefer to follow the advice of Rob 
from the ?Today in iOS Podcast and do a Reset All Network Settings.

4.       Now update.
