I'll give the web interface another look. I'm open to using the website but always appreciated of having it all centralized in my Outlook, especially with the ability to set reminders.

Just have the layout set to agenda view and everything's right there. I'm a heavy user of Google Calendar and don't' even bother with Outlook's calendar any more. It's syncs quite nicely to my iOS devices and I just have the Google calendar webpage pinned to my favorites bar in my browser as well as a short cut on my desktop.
