Hi, Mary and Johnna, The VO keys are control and option pressed together.
There reY isn't a way to move apps on the Braille display. As a further note, I still haven't found a way to move apps outside a folder with a keyboard. When I try pressing my home button, it cancels edit mode. Your mileage may vary.
