If folks don’t have one already, get a Citibank Forward credit card. One earns five points for every dollar spent at Amazon.com, bookstores, movie theaters and restaurants. If applying by phone, don’t let the customer service dweebs talk you out of the card and onto another card. They may claim it is for college students. While it may be intended for this audience, anyone can obtain the card. Points can be used to obtain an iTunes gift card to pay for apps like these. The Forward card provides an easy way to essentially get free money for the app store.
