Hi Jennie,
You'll need to turn VoiceOver off when you start each level of the game.
Then to move forward, tap your fingers on the screen as if you were walking.
When the game starts the phone should be in landscape mode. Ideally you
should only have to tap on the lower left and lower right corners of the
screen, but my experience with Papa Sangre II is that the places where I
need to tap tend to drift a bit and I don't know why. As one would expect,
this makes walking a bit difficult. Play with it and see how you do.
