Hi. Look for a button to add the selection to your Wish List. Do this for all the books you want to put on your phone. Then go to your Wish List and download the books from there. I think double tapping on the book from there will start the download process.
I usually use iTunes to add the zipped files from my computer's hard drive to the bookshelf in the app, so I'm hoping I didn't miss any steps in answering your question.
