Try notemaster, now that does seem good! There's a Lite version to start
with, but full version don't cost a lot.

Subject: notability app
Hello all,
Has anyone heard of an app called notability? If so, is it accessible? the
advantage it has over the notes app is that you can record and type
simultaneous notes, and when you tap on the type written note, it will play
the corresponding audio. this would work great for someone like a student.
