Hello List,

Just came across this new headset in a newsletter I get each week from a
Canadian computer store called Memory Express. This is an expensive option
and I am currently not in the market for a high-end stereo Bluetooth headset
since I commited to backing the "Soundband" Kickstarter project.

However, this does sound very good and I like the fact that it can also be
used as a wired headset which means bring only one headset if you are flying
somewhere.

The 400 MAH battery claims to give the user 18 hours of talk and audio
playback on a single charge.

It uses Bluetooth 3.0 + NFC

40mm drivers offer an impressive 15 Hz to 20 KHz frequency response.

Omnidirectional microphone has a frequency response of 10 Hz to 20 KHz.

I haven't asked a sighted person to look at the picture, but it also sounds
like a fairly stylish affair.

Here is the Memory Express link for us Canadians and I also found them on
Amazon where they have an excellent rating and mostly 5 Star reviews. I also
added a short description, if anybody ends up buying it I'd love to see a
review on the list:

MEElectronics Air-Fi Matrix AF62 Wireless Bluetooth Headset

Bluetooth Wireless Fidelity

Lose the wires but keep the sound quality with the Air-Fi Matrix, which
offers true wireless fidelity. With advanced full range 40 mm drivers, the
Matrix provides plenty of rich, deep bass that doesn't overpower the rest of
your music, satisfying even the most discerning listeners.

Regards,

Sieghard
