The only thing I've come up with so far is to find where I want to tap
on the screen, turn VO off with a triple click of the home button, tap
the screen and then turn VO back on with another triple click of the
home button. Tapping in the right area of the screen isn't so hard,
since I have four profiles and they each take up pretty much one
quadrant of the screen.
