Chris, this is the nature of all cameras. There are some very expensive camera
rigs for movie production that use special cushioning systems around the lens
so the viewer does not see any shaking which naturally occurs. Sighted people
can always tell home movies because they are never stable like professional
productions.

My daughter's husband is a professional photographer. When he sets up shoots,
he mounts his very nice, digital SLR camera, on a hight-adjustable, very stable
tripod which allows him to rotate the camera whilst providing a stable surface
for it. When he is taking professional moving shots, he has a rig that balances
his camera on his shoulders to provide as stable a moving platform as possible.
Otherwise, his shots would be too blurry for publication quality.

In other words, no basic consumer system will be able to fully correct for what
you describe. Oh, and my son-in-law has very steady hands.
