I've been cleaning my displays for years with isopropyl alcohol. This is a specific medicinal alcohol that is *not* the kind you drink. It's used to sterilize injection areas for diabetics and for other sanitary purposes. My Freedom Scientific manuals specifically mention using it, as it evaporates quickly.
