Hello,

I will try to explain concising what happened to me attempting to unlock my
phone traveling abroad last October. After several attempts with a live
representative and submitting an application on line, it was recommended to
contact the Office of the President-mobile for ATT. I needed to take a few
deep breaths and calmly explain all of my contacts in chronological order. I
kindly requested them to unlock my phone before traveling. I did receive a
positive outcome, but the email was received 2 days late and I was already on
vacation. So the bottom line is, it doesn't hurt in trying this route. you have
nothing to lose, but a little time.I will include a phone number. It's
866-751-5784. I wish you the best of luck and I hope you obtain a positive
outcome like I did. Oh by the way, There was a petition that reached the
President's desk, with President Obama agreeing that this law should be over
ruled. Let's see what happens in the near future.

Good luck.

Best,
Eileen
