You can have your phone act as a hot spot but it is an additional charge. AT&T wants 10 dollars more a month. You can have up to 4 devices. So you can use a laptop or 2 but you should also understand that all the devices you use still comes out of your data plan. But if you have a 2 gig data plan with a 15 dollar per unit price meaning you pay 15 bucks for each 2 GB chunk you use, it isn't that bad when your traveling. I can only assume other carriers have a like plan but that's how it works with my AT&T account.

Subject: Ringback tones and hotspot question

Hi,
Does anyone know of an app/tweak that will let you have ringback tones when a person calls? My brother was interested in knowing. Secondly, is there an app that will allow me to have wifi and use my phone as a hotspot? I thought maybe Cydia may have such a feature.
Thanks.
