I am not sure about the accessibility of the app currently. I heard one time the app itself was at least accessible enough and maybe completely, but the issue to get around is that the module needed plugs into the headphone jack. So you have to work around that and I remember some discussion around that topic, but don't remember for sure of the entire conclusion. Possibly Bluetooth for the sound output may work?? I think there may be some work arounds, but not entirely sure of them or their degree of success. A local coffee shop here uses it on an IPad mini now days. As the customer I am suppose to make some selectgions after they slide the card, but I can not make those selections. It wants me to select if I am leaving them a tip and if I want a text message receipt. They do not get a tip for holding a cup under a spout and possibly entering a food order into the register and I don't care about a text receipt. One day I mentioned that they could set voiceover to be on triple click of the home button, but they reminded me about the module plugged into the headphone jack too.
