Hi all, I'm using a Plantronics Voyager Pro Plus with my iPhone 5. The problem I'm having is that the headset seems to go into a sleep state when nothing is sent to it for a number of seconds. When this happens, I have to drag my finger around the display to get the headset working again. Usually, a bit of what is sent to the headset is lost before the headset begins working again. This is a real problem when I'm using navigation software such as Navigon or Motion X GPS Drive. When the software issues a turn command, a good portion of the command is lost before the headset speaks the command. Has anyone else experienced this behavior and, if so, were you able to correct it? Do you think the headset is damaged and needs to be replaced? Thanks. Take care, Ed Przybylek
