I check the Genius tab in the app store all the time and see absolutely
nothing, even after letting it set for a while thinking it is just taking a
while to load, but nothing ever shows up for me either.

Hello, I just was on the phone with Apple for over half an hour to solve a
problem. The problem is when I go into the genius part of the application
store, it will not read me any recommended apps. The other problem I'm
experiencing is I cannot take a proper screenshot for the tech mission to
build to diagnose the issue. If anybody can give me any tips whatsoever
