Hi Mark, Are you trying to find the Skype app? If I go to the App Store on my iPhone and type in Skype and then tap Search, Skype is the first result in the picker. The app is simply called "Skype" and the developer is Skype Communications S.A.R.L The second result is indeed Skype WiFi which is also from Skype Communications S.A.R.L and it allows you to connect to all sorts of hotspots around the world without paying for the hotspot, instead you get charged by Skype and the money is taken from your Skype credit balance.
