Don't give up, Try twenty times. Chose to tap on forget the devece and connect again al times. Try the ordinary blutooth settings in settegs. Not the braille settings. try to delete and reconnect another bluetooth device like hedphones, earpeace while yor braille device is on and off. It may come up as a blue device. Strange, not logical, but it has worked with Baum braille.
