I use Feeddler RSS as my primary RSS app, but so far nothing comes closer to ease of use for adding feeds than ezFeeds. I just wish it were updated more often.--Joe

If you haven't already, you should check out applevis.com to see if they review different RSS apps. Obviously, how you add an RSS feed will depend on the app you're using. FeeddlerRSS syncs with Google Reader, so any feeds you have in Google Reader will show up in FeeddlerRSS and vice-versa. To add a feed, click on the Plus button at the bottom of the screen and type in the feed's URL. I don't use a Mac, but as I said above, FeeddlerRSS syncs with Google Reader, so if you're using an RSS reader on the Mac that also syncs with Google Reader then you're set.
