There is an app called Dataman which will do this. You can set your billing
date so the app knows when your billing cycle starts and ends, then you can
enter how much data per month you have and if you want to be notified when
you used 50%, 75%, 90% etc. I believe there are 3 maybe 4 alert levels.

Subject: Accessible app for monitoring 3g usage

Hi all,
Can someone recommend an accessible app for viewing your Internet data usage
and for getting an alert whenever you cross a predetermined limit?
I really wish to monitor my Internet usage in order to avoid unnecessary
wastage.

Cheers,
Rahul
