I didn't change anything so it works with voice over right out of the box so
to speak. I did notice though in some books, you need to find the page the
book actually starts at such as page 9 for example and then use the page
chooser at the bottom of the screen and flick to that page before flicking
down to start continuous reading but it's only happened a time or two.
