Bill, Is your old phone still around?
If it is, go into the blue tooth settings and select more information on that keyboard and then select forget device. If not, try this: Turn off blue tooth on your phone. Power off the phone. Make sure the keyboard is turned off. Power the phone on. Turn on the keyboard. Turn on blue tooth on the phone. The phone should see the keyboard and when you double tap on the button, the phone will ask for a 4 digit number that it will generate. Type that on the keyboard and hit enter. If the phone doesn't see the keyboard, then I'd try new batteries in the keyboard.
