iBooks is totally accessible. You can sync iBooks to your computer via iTunes. You can also go into your my music folder and look for iTunes and then iTunes media. There you'll see a folder called books. In that folder will be all your books. You can move them in and out of that folder and even email a book to a friend or have a friend email you a book. Just drop the book in the books folder and sync your device. The book will then show up and be marked new. Voice over will read the title and say new.
