Hi Kevin, In terms of accessibility, Rhapsody wins hands down. When the phone app was created, they were able to get a blind beta tester. So the app is totally accessible. The web interface is fairly straightforward as well, although there are a few things you would need to know. I also think that the music is more organized on Rhapsody, and therefore it is easier to find what you are looking for. Best of luck with whatever service you decide upon. ,regards, Paula
