Good to know! As reported in another reply, the trick to Mary's issue is to click on "Mini Player." Love the alternative, since my old fingers/hands are not loving iPhone navigation these days. Tested, and it works here.

I’ve never seen any skip buttons. I did go into settings applications Apple podcast, ensure enough it references skip buttons. It has the default 30 seconds for forward and 15 seconds backward. So I opened up the podcast app and started an episode. I have never seen skip buttons, and I still don’t see them. The only thing I see relating to moving around in the app is a move forward by 30 seconds which is near the bottom and to the right of a pause button. There is no corresponding move back 15 seconds. And there are no skip buttons on that screen. iPhone 16 Pro running whatever the latest non-beta is. iOS 26.whatever. Where the heck are these skip buttons?
