If you have the Audible app you can always listen to your Podcasts there. I
don't know if they have everything, but I recently checked the applevis podcast
and it's certainly available there, you can download it or stream it and if you
go to the currently playing screen, you have the same controls as you have with
audio books to navigate by chapter, jump back by whatever you se the time
interval or you can use the box where it displays how much time has elapsed and
flick up ro down to go by percentage. As I said, if you have Audible already
downloaded anyways, no additional app is required although I can't see how the
apple Podcast app would not include such basic functionality as to jump or skip
forward by a certain time interval. Copilot had this to say when I asked:

In the Apple Podcasts app, you can jump forward or rewind using the skip
buttons on the playback screen:
• Tap the Back button to rewind by a set number of seconds.
• Tap the Forward button to skip ahead by a set number of seconds.

Change the skip interval
On iPhone or iPad:
1. Open Settings.
2. Scroll down and tap Apps > Podcasts.
3. Under Skip Buttons, tap Back or Forward.
4. Choose the interval you want (typically 10, 15, 30, 45, or 60 seconds).

Other ways to move through an episode
• Drag the playback position slider to any point in the episode.
• If you're using headphones, AirPods, or car controls, you can configure
external controls to skip forward/back within an episode instead of moving to
the next episode.

Subject: Podcast app that lets you rewind

I’ve been using the Apple podcast app. I cannot find a way to rewind in a
podcast. I’m looking for a podcast app that will let me do that. It also needs
to let me play Podcasts without downloading them, it needs to have a library
that will update and show me the most recent things at the top, And of course
it needs to be accessibly searchable and easy to work with. I remember downcast
and overcast from the past. I probably used both of them at one point or
another. What are people using these days for podcasts on the iPhone that lets
you rewind? It also has to have chapters.
