I'm not seeing a lot about this app on the web. If you wish to find out
more information, then I'd try going to the afb.org for the American
Foundation and asking questions there.

If nobody has first hand experience with it, my suggestion is to go to an
appliance store where they sell Toshiba appliances and ask if they can connect
a demo model so you can try it. If they are not interested in doing this, tell
them you'll then have to go to a different store where they are more helpful
and buy your appliances there.

How are you using the app? Are you in a computer or on a smart phone? If on a
Smart Phone, is it an iPhone or android smart Phone? What is on the companies
web site as far as whether it works with Apple Homekit or whether it works on
amazon alexa? Which app stores carry the appliance app? Who are the appliances
made by that you are in question of? As you can see without much more
information, it makes it difficult to help you.
