If it does give you problems, you can always add audio ducking to the rotor
and turn it off and on as needed so you could have it off until you are in a
situation when you might need it and then you could turn it on or vice versa

If I remember well, the bug has something to do with phones that use audio
ducking, putting this off should resolve the problem.

My phone is not muted, and the behavior is the same every time on the
locked screen. Maybe this will force me to get better with facial recognition

I should mention that I am using the iOS 26.1 Developer Beta, but even when
I was using 26.0, I don’t recall the clicks not being there and they are
certainly there now. Are you sure you didn’t accidently mute your iPhone
because this will suppress the clicks.

With my update to IOS-26.01, I notice that the faint sound I used to hear
when entering my passcode are gone. I hear nothing. They used to be very faint,
not at all as loud as the sound I’d hear when entering my passcode in other
situations. But now there’s nothing.
Anybody got a fix for this?
