Jim’s suggestion was spot on. I guess it’s going to be tricky, because 60-second increments is going to still be minimal on an hour and a half, but for a 3 to 4-minute song, that’s a pretty substantial jump. I wish there was a way Voiceover would let us move the scale a bit more fluidly, not just in YouTube but anytime we encounter these adjustable scales. I don't see the full thread of this message, but if you are thinking about advancing a Youtube video, you can only advance in increments of five seconds, up to 10 minutes in the video, after which you must start fast-forwarding or hope that the video has chapters, which Gemini does appear to do, if the creator hasn't done so. I don't know if these keyboard commands work with the iOS app though.
