Maybe I'm just one of those that enjoys torturing themselves. Until around September 10, I was a very happy Apple user. I even have an iPad 13, and I like it, especially since I have the case for it with the Magic keyboard. If I'm texting, it's what I use to do so. A few days before my wondering about my state of mind, I was offered an Android to try out. I know I don't know much about it, but at least the gestures I learned seemed more intuitive than iOS. I also learned this Galaxy 7 had been locked to AT&T, so I took the initiative to unlock it, and hoped to put it on the Spectrum network. Sad to say, it was too old to work on it, either that or Spectrum doesn't want to deal with that kind of older technology. I don't think this tablet handles seem, so perhaps that's what's up. Because I had such positive experiences with Android, I decided to get a Galaxy 10, the latest out there. Compared to the Apple Air, which I'm also getting, its storage is small, only being 128 Gigs of storage. That's ok, though, since I really don't use either of those for that purpose. One thing I plan on doing is putting tunes on it for listening to and organizing them by year, transferring them back to my Windows PC. I tried that with the iPad, and the music I put on it did play, however, every song I played had this small file, some sort of marking or tagging, I'm honestly unsure why, but if you have thousands of files like I do, those little files add up. I was tempted to get rid of all Apple stuff and dive right into the Droid world, but then I remembered the Apple Watch Ultra that I wanted to have. I'm getting a Series 3, and I'm really looking forward to it. I used to have a Series 7 watch, but traded it towards a pair of headphones I wanted. They're the Beats Studio Pro, and they work fine with Windows. My intent is to learn both Android and iOS so I can help others with what they want to learn. What can I say, I'm a kind of hybrid in life, switching from Southern Baptist to Roman Catholic 30 years ago, so I understand both sides of that issue. I evidently live under a rock or something, because I was stunned at the first fish fry I attended during Lent, and they were actually serving beer and wine. Anyway, I'm rambling on, so I'll end it here. I do have another message about Samsung's help for accessibility, but that's for a little later on.
