I assume you refer to this: When editing text and using a hardware keyboard, navigating and selecting text can be inconsistent and unreliable Well, I do occasionally use a Bluetooth keyboard to type longer text messages or emails, but I don't typically do stuff like selecting text and so on with a hardware keyboard which would explain why I have not noticed any issue there. Anyway, that is the benefit of sites like Applevis where people can read what bugs have been discovered and then decide whether these bugs apply to them or not. If you don't do a lot of advanced editing using a hardware keyboard or Braille display, I still think there is little reason why one should not upgrade. I think this is probably one of the least problematic Beta cycles in general and a public release with very few major issues.
