So far, Paramount+ and prime video seem to be working just fine on my Apple TV 4K. I’m currently watching an episode of Star Trek, and didn’t have any problems getting it started, or getting to it. Since for the past month vo has not been able to read the app on amazon prime  or the paramount plus app I can’t get to the list of my stuff all vo says is home one of 11 but you can’t swipe with the remote to get past anything it just says that. so amazon prime vidio has broke accessibillidey with the app. I even whent so far as to update the app the prime video app and still I am having problums. Then I whent and updated the apple tv softwhere and still it is not fixt. I also some how have vertickle navigation turned on and when I swipe up and down on the remote vo says on and of but what it is talking about with this ihave no idea. It works on the phone but not on my apple tv. What can I do? I am in Ontario Canada so any support I would need it to be in Ontario Canada. does anyone have any ideas please? I even went so far as to try air play to my tv but that didn’t work since I couldn’t read the Coad even though vo said it once but I couldn’t enter it fast enough.
