Ariana, Have you checked on your storage on your phone? I've run into issues with Voice Dream reader when I'm wanting to download, in particular audio files, but not only, and I have had that message, and I think with me it was that I didn't have enough storage for Voice Dream to process the download. just a thought, when I cleared some of the stuff out of my boy stream files, I then could download.
